Core crushing equipment configuration
1. JC110 Jaw Crusher 
As a primary crushing equipment, it is responsible for processing large pieces of raw materials (≤900mm feed size), has a high crushing ratio and wear resistance, and is suitable for hard rock crushing scenarios.
 
Referring to the processing capacity of similar HD jaw crushers (50-750t/h), JC110 can meet the primary coarse crushing needs.
 
2. GPY500S Single-cylinder Cone Crusher 
Used in the medium and fine crushing link, the particle size control is achieved through hydraulic adjustment of the discharge port, and it is suitable for crushing high-hardness ores.
 
The GPY series has an intelligent control system that can monitor parameters such as oil temperature and load in real time to ensure stable operation; its compact structure and low maintenance cost are suitable for complex working conditions in Indonesia.
 
3. PFQ1315 Impact Crusher 
As a secondary crushing equipment, it is used for material shaping and improving the quality of finished product particles. Dahua impact crusher is known for its strong impact resistance, especially suitable for efficient crushing of medium hardness materials.
 
4.  PLS-1000II Vertical Shaft Crusher
As a key equipment for sand making, it uses the impact crushing principle to generate 0-5mm machine-made sand, with both "stone hitting stone" and "stone hitting iron" modes, and can adjust the fineness modulus of the finished sand.

1. Vibrating screen and feeder
Multi-stage vibrating screen realizes sand and gravel classification (such as 0-5mm sand, 5-10mm gravel, etc.), and ZSW series feeder ensures uniform feeding and reduces equipment idling.

Remove dust and impurities on the surface of aggregates, improve the cleanliness of finished products, and meet the standard requirements of Southeast Asian markets for high-quality sand and gravel.
 
3. Environmental protection and intelligent control
Dust collection, spraying and noise reduction devices are configured to reduce dust and noise pollution.
