The equipment required for a 300t/h sand making plant mainly includes the following categories:

 

1. Feeding equipment

Vibrating feeder: such as ZSW1100*4200 vibrating feeder, used to feed raw materials into the crusher evenly and continuously to ensure the stable operation of the production line. The vibrating feeder can also pre-screen the material while feeding, which plays a role in removing soil.

2. Crushing equipment

Jaw crusher: such as PE600*900 jaw crusher or JC106 European version jaw crusher, used for preliminary crushing of raw materials and breaking large pieces of material into smaller particles. Jaw crusher has the characteristics of simple structure, easy maintenance and large crushing ratio.

Impact crusher: such as PFY1214 impact crusher or PFQ1315Ⅲ impact crusher, used for secondary crushing of materials after preliminary crushing to further improve the crushing degree of materials. Impact crusher has the advantages of high crushing efficiency and uniform product particle size.

Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher: Such as VPLS850 vertical shaft impact crusher, used to achieve fine crushing and sand making of materials, and produce sand and gravel particles that meet the requirements. Vertical shaft impact crusher has the characteristics of strong crushing ability and good finished product particle shape.

3. Screening Equipment

Vibrating Screen: Such as 2YK1545 Vibrating Screen, 4YK1548 Vibrating Screen, etc., used to screen the crushed materials and separate particles of different sizes to obtain sand and gravel products that meet the requirements. Vibrating Screen has the characteristics of high screening efficiency and high screening accuracy.

4. Sand Washing Equipment

Sand Washer: Such as DXS3.8 Sand Washer, used to clean the screened sand and gravel particles, remove the soil, impurities and powder, etc., to make the sand and gravel particles purer. The sand washer flushes the sand and gravel particles with water flow to achieve the purpose of cleaning.

5. Auxiliary equipment

 

Belt conveyor: used to transport materials between various equipment to realize the automation and continuous production of the production line. The number and length of the belt conveyor need to be determined according to the actual situation of the work site.
