Impact crusher is a kind of crushing machine by using impacting force to crush the materials. It processes the material with the length below 100-500mm, the compressive strength is up to 350 Mpa, which has the feature of large crushing ratio, the produced products are in cubic shape, and the discharging granularity can be adjusted.
The structure of single-rotor impact crusher is the raw materials are fed from the feed opening, in order to prevent the material fly out from the machine, the chains are installed in the feed opening. The small and fine materials fall down to the bottom of the machine through the sieve, and the large block are slid to the rotor along the sieve surface. The rotor are driven by the motor through V belt at high speed. The material falling on the rotor is impacted by the high-speed rotary hammer. After obtaining the kinetic energy, it is hit to the impact plate at a high speed, and then bounces back from the impact plate, and collides with the material thrown by the rotor in the crushing area. Finally, the crushed materials are discharged from the discharge opening.
