Detailed process of sand production line

Step one: materials feeding

After blasting the stone from the mountain, it is fed to the vibrating feeder by the dump truck.

Step two: coarse and fine crushing

The vibrating feeder sends the stone evenly into the jaw crusher. The jaw crusher is the first crushing process machine. The stone from the jaw crusher is then transported to the cone crusher or the impact crusher through the belt conveyor for the secondary crushing, that is, fine crushing.

The third step: sand making and screening

The finely crushed materials are sent to the sand making machine by the belt conveyor for fine crushing, and the finely crushed materials are sorted out of different specifications and sizes through the vibrating screen.

The general sand production line can be completed by the above three steps, but for those with strict requirements on the powder content of sand, a sand washing machine can be added after fine screening.
