1. Daily maintenance of the mobile crusher should be done well, and the dust on the crushing machine should be cleaned up in time to ensure good heat dissipation of the crusher body.

2. Check the cooling system of the mobile crusher regularly, change the oil regularly, and use high-temperature lubrication oil to ensure the good operation of the equipment.

3. The crusher equipment should be replaced with the appropriate oil viscosity level, the general summer oil viscosity level is higher than other times. The engine oil and lubricants need to be replaced with summer oil, and the amount of oil is appropriate. Check regularly whether there is oil leakage.

4. In summer high temperature, equipped with 1-2 fire extinguishers for each machine.

5. For some important parts of mobile crusher equipment, check the temperature at any time during the work. If the temperature is too high, be sure to stop, or take some measures to reduce the temperature of the parts.
