The crushing process of granite chooses two stages processing technology. The first stage chooses jaw crusher. The granite is fed to the jaw crusher for coarse crushing through vibrating feeder. The second stage chooses impact crusher. The coarse crushed materials are sent the impact crusher by belt conveyor continuously and evenly. The fine crushed granites will be classified into different grade through vibrating screen, they can be classified into 1-2、2-4、4-8. The materials meeting the requirement are sent to the sand making machine to make sand, the unqualified materials are sent back to impact crusher for further crushing. Finally, the sands discharged from the sand making machine should be washed and removed by the sand washer to get the excellent finished products.
