The output of sand and stone production line varies from 20-500t/h, and the finished product size can be adjusted according to different needs of users. The commonly used sand and stone production line adopts two - stage and three - stage crushing process. Most sand and stone factories usually use two sections with a closed circuit process, that is, the second section of the crusher and vibrating screen form into a closed circuit, so as to ensure that the finished product size meets the requirements and the demand of sand and stone aggregate.

There are three types of sand and stone production line:

1. vibrating feeder + jaw crusher + impact crusher + belt conveyor + vibrating screen

2. vibrating feeder + jaw crusher + cone crusher + belt conveyor + vibrating screen

3. vibrating feeder + jaw crusher + impact crusher + PLS vertical impact crusher + belt conveyor + vibrating screen

Jaw crusher: jaw crusher is widely used in mining crushing process. The deep crushing chamber can completely crusher the materials inside the chamber to realize high crushing efficiency.

Cone crusher: cone crusher adopts laminating crushing principle to obtain uniform particle granularity and good shape. It has iron through protection function, which can realize continuously operation to improve output.

PLS vertical impact crusher: also called as sand making machine. It is mainly used for crushing and shaping. Optimize the grain size graduation of finished sand , make sand fineness modulus adjustable.
